Pet Policy

  • We welcome dogs and cats up to 75 lbs. All breeds are welcome.
  • 3 pet maximum per home.
  • First 2 pets = $50 pet rent per month per pet
  • Third pet = $25 pet rent per month
    • Minimum pet rent per month = $50
    • Maximum pet rent per month = $125
